2026 Check-in Points for the 2026 Shanghai Senior Expo ‘Laolaisai’ Silver Age Walking RouteHot Collection in Progress!
The ‘Laolaisai’ smart fitness mini-program is a digital service platform for silver age health jointly created by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau and the Shanghai Sports Bureau, and is popular among citizens. During the 2026 Shanghai International Aging, Assistive Devices, and Rehabilitation Medical Expo (AID Senior Expo), the ‘Laolaisai·Senior Expo Themed Walking Route’ will be launched. We are now openly recruiting check-in points from all exhibitors, sincerely inviting quality enterprises to jointly create new scenarios for the silver economy!

III. Registration Conditions
1. Have completed booth reservation for 2026 Shanghai Senior Expo, with legal operation and complete qualifications; 2. Main business direction aligns with fields such as age-friendly, healthy aging, rehabilitation aids, smart elderly care, and elderly care services; 3. Agree with Laolaisai concept, cooperate with route layout, check-in process, and unified visual standards; 4. Set up a dedicated check-in area in the booth, with one staff member responsible for check-in guidance and interaction services; 5. Independently design age-friendly interactions and check-in incentives to ensure safe and convenient participation for the elderly.


IV. Basic Requirements for Check-in Points
Unified Visual: Use standard check-in display racks, check-in codes, and guide stickers provided by the organizer, placed according to specifications; Standard Process: Open Laolaisai mini-program → Scan code to check in → Complete simple interaction → Receive gifts/discounts → Check-in completed; Basic Services: Provide rest seats and water points, prioritize service for the elderly and wheelchair users, ensure clear pathways; Material Preparation: Provide gifts for on-site Laolaisai activity interaction during the expo, minimum 200 pieces.
V. Organizer Support Services
Provide unified check-in visual system materials(Display racks, QR codes, guide signs, etc.) Mark routes, points, company introductions, and discount information in the mini-program Included in official promotion Operation guidance, Q&A, and full operational support

This recruitment does not charge a registration fee. Exhibitors shall bear the execution costs of interactive gifts, personnel, etc.; False propaganda and forced sales are strictly prohibited.
