June 4-6, 2026,Shanghai International Senior Care, Aids and Rehabilitation Medical Expo(hereinafter referred to as ‘Shanghai Senior Care Expo’) will concurrently set up an accessible experience zone and continue to hold‘Modern Seniors’ Wheelchair Driving Schoolevent, in the form of fun experiences to educate the publicabout wheelchair-related knowledge.

Recruitment is now open to all enterprises of mobility aids such as wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, and walkers.Participating companies will receive benefits such as on-site retail at the Shanghai Senior Care Expo, sponsorship acknowledgment, massive audience engagement, pre-event media promotion, and priority recommendation to quality channels.

Requirements for Participating Companies

1. Professional enterprises engaged in mobility aids,Priority admission for exhibitors of 2026 Shanghai Senior Care Expo;

2. Provide free of charge2 wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, or walkers for on-site audience experience (recyclable);

3. Provide free of charge50-100 or more small gifts valued at 5-10 yuan each for audience interaction. Suggested gifts: canvas bags, phone holders, and other practical items, which can be printed with brand logos;

5.On the afternoon of June 3, complete delivery of display products and usage training.

*Bonus: Provide 1-2 staff members from June 4-6, 9:00-17:00 to assist in teaching wheelchair operation, accompany test drives, introduce product performance and pricing, etc. This is not mandatory, but companies that can provide it will be given priority.

*Spots are limited, first come first served, subject to the final notice from the organizing committee.
