Beijing Ronghua Qishan · Kangle Jiayuan
This project is a large-scale CCRC model full-age wellness community located in Dongyanjiao Economic Development Zone, Beijing, adjacent to the Chaobai River with beautiful natural scenery. The total building area is nearly 380,000 square meters, with 1,508 wellness residences covering various unit types. In this project, Mupeng Design strives to seamlessly integrate functionality, aesthetics, nature, and age-friendly concepts. The overall space uses warm natural wood tones as the base, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. The lighting design is rich in layers, from natural lighting in the high atrium to the delicate arrangement of ambient lighting, giving the space a sense of breathability. Age-friendly details are carried throughout, infusing aesthetic warmth into safety and comfort.

Yangzhou City Wellness Center
Yangzhou City Wellness Center, with a building area of approximately 42,000 square meters and nearly 600 wellness beds, provides a full-lifecycle one-stop service including “independent living + assisted living + professional care.” In the architectural renovation, Mupeng Design continues the traditional style of Yangzhou architecture, achieving a harmonious coexistence of old and new through modern expressions of traditional elements such as gray bricks, black tiles, and sloping roofs. The interior design takes “Canal Green” as the keynote, incorporating imagery of garden moon gates and lattice screens, and uses low-saturation colors and age-friendly details to create a “garden-like dwelling” space for seniors of all ages that combines cultural elegance with warm healing.

Dajia De Jia · Changsha Yuhua City Center Community
Changsha Yuhua City Center Community is the first elderly care project of “Dajia De Jia,” the senior care brand under Dajia Insurance, in Hunan Province. Located in the core area within the Second Ring Road of Changsha, it has convenient transportation and complete living facilities. In this project, Mupeng Design takes “Yuelu Academy” as the inspiration source: through modern reinterpretation of doorway symbols and eave imagery, it constructs a poetic space where scenes change with every step. Using wooden grilles, circular circulation, and open layouts, it connects the reading area and dining area. The soft decoration incorporates elements such as celadon vessels and Hunan calligraphy and paintings, injecting warmth and cultural memory into the space, transforming it into a senior living space that blends the cultural heritage of Yuelu Academy with the vibrant atmosphere of daily life.
